All that property land comprised in Khata/Khatoni No. 422/650, Khasra No. 784, measuring 0-07 Bighas (7 Biswas) to the extent of his share 0-2 Bighas (2 Biswas) situated at Mauza/Mohal Bhagani, Tehsil Paonta Sahib, District Sirmour (H.P.) and also the construction and super structure to be built thereon together with all rights of easement to all kinds appurtenant thereto.
